FORUM POSTING RULES

[NOD the Goblin]

Hello to all new members and welcome to Goblins Games. First a little about this game forum. Goblins games was a large and thriving general gaming, gaming news, and interest forum in the late 90's until 2004 when by accident the owner (me) accidentally let the URL expire. Back then once expired you had no grace period and a game shop grabbed it up. Bad timing etc. So the forum went dead. Back then we used a .net based code but with the new Goblins Games we use a PHP based set of code that is safe, secure and well coded.

THE RULES:
We welcome everyone ages 13 and older as we comply with COPPA. However this forum will have content that might not be suitable for some kids. Adult language may be in this forum however the rules must be followed. We keep the rules simple, and we hope they are baseline common sense.

ONE:
Do not be a jerk. People are allowed to disagree with you and even us admins. We encourage people to discuss, debate and even disagree. However when doing such be an adult, be civil and do not be mean or vicious.

TWO:
Keep to subject. We have areas in here that cater to just about anyone into gaming or those things that are attached to it.

THREE:
We hopefully will see growth and with it you may see someone in here that you do not like. Do not search them out to just be a jerk to them. We promise to not be tyrants as admins, however we will enforce the basics here.

FOUR:
Certain forums will have specific rules to post by. (for sale and the reviews areas) are two of them. When there follow these rules and the ones specific to that forum.

FIVE:
Do not post porn, links to porn, links to your Ebay, try to sell RayBans or other nonsense on here. This is place where we will ensure members have a fun time.

FINALLY:
Enjoy, and as time goes by we will of course morph to ensure everyone has a great time. We promise to not be tyrants, we promise to make this a place where you can discuss and meet new and fun people.
